Jeff was born June 24, 1990 in Mecklenburg County to Mike Groff and Kathy Groff.
The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland.
Survivors in addition to his parents include brother, Gregory; grandmothers, Katherine Pappas and Margaret Groff; uncle, Kevin Groff and wife, Robin; cousins, Schuyler and Colton Groff; and aunt, Helen Antinori.
