Jeffrey Wayne McCloud

Jeffrey Wayne McCloud, 63, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024. 

Jeff was born December 7, 1961 in Mooresville, North Carolina to the late Jesse Edward Galloway and the late Louise Galloway Mundy. 

He was also preceded in death by his wife of 22 years, Susan McCloud; one brother, Eli Galloway; two sisters, Judy Flowe, and Joyce Ann Galloway; and a nephew, Tommy Boger.

Jeff was a loving man, and devoted to his siblings. He was very creative, detailed oriented, and fun to be around. He had a way of making people laugh, and connecting with them on a personal level, with funny sayings and quirky remarks. Jeff was a truck driver, loved to play card games like Uno and Back Alley, and corn hole with his family. 

There will be a graveside service honoring Jeff's life on Monday December 23, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Gold Hill Methodist Church Cemetery, located at 5931 St. Stephen's Church Road, Gold Hill, NC 28071. 

Survivors include sisters, Linda Davis, Wanda Galloway Oatman and her husband Gary, Debbie Boger, Janet Lambert; brothers, Donnie Galloway, Joe Galloway and his wife Johna, and Mike Galloway and his wife Shelly; his son, Jeffrey Wayne Galloway, several grandchildren, one great grand child; many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
