Jerry Dale “Hammer” Eudy, 44 of Charlotte, NC passed away on June 17, 2011 at his home. The family will receive friends from 7-9 PM on Tuesday, June 21, 2011. The funeral service will be at 2 PM on Wednesday in the chapel at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. Rev. Guy Moore will officiate. The burial will follow at Charlotte Memorial Gardens. Born on September 11, 1966, he was the son of Judy Sylvane Eudy and the late Jerry Blake Eudy. He was the grandson of the late Margaret and Sammie Lee Smith and Albert and Margie Eudy. He attended Independence High School. He was the owner of HAMTRAX, Inc. Left to cherish his memories are his daughters, Alexis Dale and Courtney Michelle Eudy and their mother, Kimberly Eudy of Harrisburg; his mother, Judy Sylvane Eudy of Charlotte; sister, Sandra Gibbs (Rick) of Rockwell; brother, Randy Eudy of Charlotte; three nieces; two great nephews and one great-niece.
