Jerry Linker

Jerry Wayne Linker, 69, of Concord, passed away Monday, October 7, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Linker was born April 21, 1944 to the late John and Ruth Linker. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Rocky River Presbyterian Church from 2:00pm until 3:30pm. The funeral service will follow at Rocky River Presbyterian Church at 4:00pm on Wednesday. Burial will be held at the church cemetery. He is survived by the love of his life Tonya Elliott of Indian Trial and her children Josh Elliott, Alisha Wetter, Cayce Hudson and Chase Hudson; his son, Andrew Linker and wife Joanna of Davidson; daughter Beth Linker Triplett and husband Jeff of Shelby; six grandchildren, Kelsey, Jared, Madeline, Mason, Jacob and Chloe; sister, Evelyn Freeman of Concord; and brother Thomas Linker of Concord. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC 28110 or Rocky River Presbyterian Church of Concord, 7940 Rocky River Rd, Concord, NC 28025.
