Jerry Kelly

Jerry Wayne Kelly, 80, of Albemarle, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022 at home.

Jerry was born July 5, 1942 in North Carolina to the late George Washington Kelly and the late Louise Haywood Stutts.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Monday, November 14, 2022 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will follow at the Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel, officiated by Rev. Edward "Ed" Lowder. Burial will follow at Smith's Grove Community Cemetery at Hwy 138, Oakboro.

Jerry was a loving husband of 54 years.  He was employed with Hartsell Funeral Home for a period of 35 years.  Jerry enjoyed spending time at his condo and fishing at Myrtle Beach, and loved keeping in touch with his funeral home buddies.  Jerry was a man of faith and loved the Lord with all his heart.  He now rests in the arms of his Lord and saviour.

Survivors include wife, Carol Kelly; half brother, Lynn Stutts; and several nieces and nephews.
