Jesse Blackwelder

On Saturday, April 3, 2010, we lost one of the greatest gifts God blessed our family with. Jesse Wayne Blackwelder of Harrisburg was only 18, but he touched all our lives with such love and compassion. Jesse was so full of life and always had a smile for everyone, he never met a stranger. So many people were drawn to him. He was always there for his family and friends. Jesse’s time with us was so very short. We all have so many amazing memories of Jesse and when God called him home that day he took a piece of each and everyone of us with him. Born on January 29, 1992 in Cabarrus County. Jesse loved hunting, fishing and singing. He enjoyed going to classic car shows and farming. Jesse lived life to the fullest and enjoyed being with family and friends. He was a member of Broadus Baptist Church, and was a farmer for Blackwelder Farms. The family meeting place will be at the home of his mother at 273 Homerine Street NE Concord, NC.
