Jesse Bonkowski

Jesse Vance Bonkowski, 27, of Locust, NC died unexpectedly early Wednesday morning, August 16, 2017 in his home.

Jesse was born December 3, 1989 in Concord, NC to his loving parents Robert J. and Deborah L. (Vance) Bonkowski of Locust, NC.

Other survivors include his devoted brother, Robert "Chase" J. Bonkowski of Charlotte, NC and his parental grandfather, Joseph T. Bonkowski of Wilmington, DE. He is preceded in death by his two grandmothers and one grandfather.

Jesse graduated from West Stanly High School in 2008 and received a BA degree in Health Care Administration from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC in 2017.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle, NC. At the family's request, there will be a Private Memorial service at a later date.

Memorials may be made on behalf of Mr. Bonkowski to the Anuvia Prevention and Recovery Center, 100 Billingsley Road, Charlotte, NC 28211.

Jesse will be forever missed by his loving and devoted family and many friends. May God grant him eternal rest.
