Jessie Goodman

Jessie Louise Greene Goodman, 85 years of age, of Concord, passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 at Carolina's Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord.

Jessie was born August 27, 1929 in Union County to the late Lonnie and Frankie Jane Greene.

She was also preceded in death by daughter, Jaroice Brock; brothers, Wriston Greene, Walter Greene, L.W. Greene, Jr., Bob Greene; sisters, Polly Harkey, Myrtle Hartwell; grandson, Billy Brock.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.

Survivors include daughters, Janea Henderson of Concord, Jerrin Love of Birmingham, AL; sons, Lanny (Buck) R. Goodman of Alderson, WV, Benny S. Goodman of Asheville; brothers, Charles Greene, Nathan Greene; sisters, Blondell Lane, Edith Simpson; grandchildren, Richey Brock, Scarlett Donahue, Aaron Brock, Ashlee Moore, Adam Moose, Stephanie Henderson, Rebecca Henderson and Travis Henderson; sons-in-law, Steve Henderson of Concord and Larry Love, of Birmingham, AL, daughter-in-law, Carol Lewis of Alderson, WV; many great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
