Joan Belsan

Joan Audrey Belsan, 86 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Stanly Manor in Albemarle.

Mrs. Belsan was born March 4, 1930 in Illinois to the late Aubrey Shakespeare and Lucille Elizabeth Jones. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister Jacqueline Hagerman.

The funeral service will be at a later date.

Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Roger Belsan of Albemarle, NC, daughter, Jill Posten, daughter, Sandy Belsan, sons, Jay Belsan, Stuart Belsan, sister Janette Kidder
