Joan White

Joan Carolyn White, 70 years of age passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at her home in Concord. Joan was born November 5, 1943 in Fort Mill, SC to the late William Jennings Pressley and the late Madline Pressley. She was also preceded in death by 7 siblings. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Friday, January 31, 2014 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord . The funeral service will be on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord. The service will be officiated by Rev. Rodney Quesenberry. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park of Harrisburg at 12015 University City Blvd., Charlotte. Survivors include husband, David Franklin White Sr. of Concord; son, David Franklin "DJ" (Elaine) White Jr. of Concord; brother, Danny Ray (Edna) Pressley of Little River, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
