John Blackwelder

John "Johnny" Ray Blackwelder, 73 years of age, of New London, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Bethany Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Albemarle.
Mr. Blackwelder was born December 2, 1941 in North Carolina to the late William Henry Blackwelder and the late Louise Hubbard Blackwelder.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Survivors include aunt Rosalee Terry of Wadesboro, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, cousin Billy Warner and other numerous cousins.
Memorials may be made to be made to Hartsell Funeral Home in care of John Blackwelder.
