John Coble, Sr

John Max Coble, Sr. 76 of 801 Oriole Lane Concord, NC passed away on Friday, August 28, 2009 at his home. Born on September 26, 1932 in Cabarrus County to the late Joseph James Coble and Georgia (Menuis) Coble. He was also preceded in death by a son, John Max Coble, Jr. and a brother, Paul Edward Coble. Mr. Coble was a veteran of the US Navy. He worked at Church Building Systems as a carpenter. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Hartsell Funeral Home-Concord. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Hartsell Funeral Home-Concord Chapel with the Rev. David Isenhour officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park Mausoleum in Kannapolis, NC. Survivors include; wife, Nellie (Shue) Coble of Concord, NC; son, Ronald Lee Coble of Mt. Pleasant, NC; daughter, Tine Maxine Hagler of Concord, NC; brothers, J.W. Coble of Concord, NC; and Joseph A. Coble of Concord, NC; sisters, Mary E. Jansen of Concord, NC; Annie Faye McBride of Concord, NC; Daisy Mae Eudy of Stanfield, NC; and Alice C. Voorheis of Concord, NC; six grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
