John Hinson

John Clay Hinson, of Marshville, NC, died August 16, 2009 at Stanly Regional Medical Center. Born in Union County, he was the son of the late William Philas and Lula Mae Meggs Hinson. He is survived by his wife, Judy Hinson of the home, and two sisters; Elvina H. Kluttz of Marshville and Lecty H. Mills of Oakboro, NC. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers; DZ, Harl, Rayvon and Tony Hinson. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 18, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home, Albemarle. At other times the family will meet at his home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Smith Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Elder Ted Morton and Gerald Baucom will officiate.
