John Rummage

John Michael Rummage, 51, of Stanly County, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 12, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at First Assembly. The service will follow in the church sanctuary at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bob Gruver officiating. Mr. Rummage was born on August 3, 1961, in Stanly County. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Melinda Cole Gantt Rummage of the home; three sons, John Michael Rummage of GA, Jeff Gantt Kinlaw of KY, and Max Nathaniel Kinlaw of Albemarle. He is also survived by his father, Johnnie Lee Rummage and wife, Linda, and his mother, Jo Ann Almond Miller and husband, L. C., all of Albemarle; one brother, Todd Rummage of Richfield; one granddaughter, Audrey M. Rummage; two stepsisters, Frieda Lowder Clark of Concord and Lynnette Foster of Albemarle. He was so loved and adored by his family and has left a great legacy for his family and all those that knew him and worked with him.
