John Taylor

John Marshall Taylor, 26, of Concord, NC passed away following an automobile accident on Sunday, October 28, 2018.

John was born February 27, 1992 in Concord, NC to his mother Jennifer Junette Taylor.
He was preceded in death by his great grandmother June Taylor; and great grandparents Annie and Jack Barbee.

Survivors include his mother, Jennifer Junette Taylor of Locust, NC; brother William Congdon; grandparents David and Judy Taylor; fiance Sarah Johnson; uncles Mike Taylor, Chuck Widenhouse and Jack Taylor; aunts Jessica Taylor, Cristi Thomas, Sue Widenhouse, Vickie Taylor, Barbara Taylor and Anita Stallard; cousins Tanya Smith, Leah Grisconis, Christopher Grisconis, Abigail Taylor, Taylor and Brittany Colson; Christian and Meredith Ward; as well as many other loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.  A celebration of John's life will follow at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Rev. Suzanne Dornsmith of Forest Hill UMC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Salvation Army, 216 Patterson Ave. SE, Concord, NC 28025; or the Opportunity House, 72 Corban Ave. SW, Concord, NC 28025.
