John Potter Thornley, 54 years of age, of Albemarle, NC passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Carolinas HealthCare System Main in Charlotte, NC.

John was born January 6, 1962 in Rhode Island to Ralph Thornley and Ann Ada Malcolm Thornley Ivens.
