Johnny Wall

Johnny Leon Wall of Concord, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord.

Johnny was born January 14, 1942 in Cabarrus County to the late John Howard Wall and the late Fannie Elizabeth (Medford) Wall Overcash.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters Betty Sue Overcash, Alice Benton and Tina Griep all of Concord.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Saturday, January 24, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM in the chapel, officiated by Major David Cope of The Salvation Army. The family will also receive friends following the memorial service at The Salvation Army church fellowship hall at 216 Patterson Avenue SE, in Concord.

Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Farris Wall of the home; daughter Tammy Wall Bailey of Concord; step-children Wanda Diane Farris and Grady Farris, along with step-grandson Grady Farris III; sister Joann Wall Lambert of Harrisburg and sister Melanie Wall Gillon of Concord; as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
