Joseph Floyd Andrews

Joseph Floyd Andrews, 60, of Albemarle, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Atrium Health Pineville in Charlotte.

Joe was born June 11, 1963, in California to the late Jasper Harrison Andrews and the late Margaret Farley Andrews. 

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Monday, July 10, 2023, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Monday at 12:00 pm at Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church in Albemarle officiated by Father Peter L. Fitzgibbons.

Joe was a caring, loving, and generous soul to all who knew him.  He was a grill master who enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, collecting baseball cards, and would rather be outdoors than indoors.  Joe never met a stranger.  Some of Joe's favorite pastimes included feeding birds, deer, being around mother nature and taking care of his three cats (especially Short-Short, a tabby with a bob-tail and emerald eyes).  Joe could often be found sitting in his Mustang, listening to rock and roll.  He was a beloved brother who will be deeply missed.

Survivors include sisters, Debi (Mike Moran) Andrews and Darlene (Todd) Hathcock; brothers, John (Carrie) Andrews and Tim (Julie) Andrews; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
