Joseph Blair

James Victor Blair, 76, of Concord, formerly of Auburn, New York and Seminole, Florida, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Carolinas Medical Center – NorthEast of Concord after a long illness. Mr. Blair was born September 28, 1935 in Buffalo, New York to the late Victor Eugene Blair and Mary Safe Blair. There will be a private family service. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Phyllis Ann Carrington Blair of the home; his son, Joseph Blair of Florida; his daughter, Vicki Hogan and husband, Dan of Huntersville; his grandchildren, Dan and Joe Hogan; and his twin sister, Joan Mary Blair Marjinsky of Concord. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Blair family.
