Joyce Morgan

Joyce Reynolds Morgan, 77, of Midland, NC passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

Joyce was born July 17, 1944 in Danville,VA to the late Justice Garrett Reynolds and the late Myrtle Verlene Bolling Reynolds.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wayne Templeton.

Survivors include son, Danny Robertson and wife Pamela; son, Paul Robertson; son, Donald Thomas Templeton; daughter, Sharon "Sheri" Hall and husband Christopher; son, Mark Brandon Templeton and wife Grace; grandchildren, April Joy Robertson; Isaac Lee Robertson; Allison Hackworth; Benjamin Andrew Robertson; Stephanie Dixon; Heather Johnson; Brandon Templeton; Sabrina Templeton; Bryan Templeton; and Shelby Templeton; great grandchildren, CJ Thomas, Liam Zavier Porch, Matthew Hackworth, Jr., Levi Hackworth, Caden Dixon, Colt Dixon and Jacoby Earnhardt; sister, Mary Ellen Nicholson; brother, Paul "Buddy" Reynolds; sister, Darlene Haymoore; sister, Bonnie Buck; and sister, Betty Snow; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Joyce loved to be outside tending to her flowers, and always made clothing for her and her family.  In her spare time she enjoyed puzzles and making trips to Cherokee to try her luck at the slots.  But most of all, she loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Joyce will be dearly missed by all those who knew her and loved her.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in Joyce's memory.  Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving Joyce's family.
