Joyce Mullis

Joyce Lee Mullis, age 80 passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at St. Andrews Living Center in Concord. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 9:30am until 10:30am. Graveside services will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Concord, NC at 11:00am. Ms. Mullis was born in Cabarrus County to the late Lee R Smith and the late Margaret Myrtle Basinger Smith. Ms. Mullis is survived by a brother, Norman Clyde Smith of Concord; 1st cousins, Martha Gray and Peggy Gray Mills both of Concord. Ms. Mullis was employed as a Registrar of Special Services with the US Army in Fayetteville and was of the Christian faith.
