Biography Judy Gail Bowers, 73 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at her residence.
Judy was born March 23, 1943 in North Carolina to the late Henry Floyd Bowers and Martha Mary Jane Bowers.
She was also preceded in death by son, Todd Bowers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The graveside memorial service will be on Monday at 1:00 pm at Stanly Gardens of Memory Mausoleum in Albemarle at 2001 East Main Street.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Mickey H. Bowers of the home, one son, Mike Bowers and wife Sandra of Mount Gilead, NC, two granddaughters, Megan Speight and husband Ryan of Albemarle and Mandy Alexander and husband Shane of Albemarle, two great grandchildren, Avery Speight and Hallie Speight, one brother, Dean Bowers of Albemarle and one sister, Noreda Bowers of Albemarle.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you consider a memorial contribution in Judy's memory to Hospice of Stanly County.
