Judy Gurley

Judy Lois Gurley, 73 years of age, of Concord, passed away Friday, March 20, 2015 at Avante in Concord.

Judy was born August 18, 1941 in North Carolina to the late William Randolph Helms and Lois Phillips Helms.
She was also preceded in death by husband, James Wilson Gurley.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Monday, March 23, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Monday at 4:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Concord in officiated by Rev. Jimmy Hall . Burial will follow at the Cabarrus Memorial Gardens on Hwy 73 , Concord.

Survivors include daughter, Cathy Jennings of Concord, sister, Barbara Huneycutt (Leonard) of Concord, sister, Betty Justice of Midland, brother, William Helms of Enochville.
Judy attended Oak Ridge Baptist Church when she was able. She enjoyed working in her yard, was a good cook and loved to spend time with her family.
