Judy Morris

Judy Haywood Morris Morris, age 65 of Albemarle, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at her home. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle on Sunday, February 12 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 4:00 PM at West Albemarle Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Adam Hatley. Mrs. Morris was born in Stanly County on December 18, 1946 to Henry Travis “Bud” Morris of Albemarle and the late Arlene Haywood Morris. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerry Lane Morris; two sons, Michael Morris of Huntersville and John Morris of Albemarle; a daughter, Jill Morris Sides of Albemarle; two grandsons, Matthew and Joshua Sides; brother, David Morris and his wife Charlotte of Davidson; one sister, Lisa Whitley of Albemarle Mrs. Morris was a proud member of the Albemarle High School graduating class of 1965 who will sit together as an honored group at the memorial service.
