Julie Souza

Julie Susan Bucaccio Souza, 36, of Concord passed away on October 24, 2011 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. She was born on March 30, 1975 in San Diego, California. She worked in administration for Carolina Healthcare Systems. She was also a volunteer EMT with Cabarrus Rescue Squad and a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and of The Interdisciplinary Honors Program. Visitations will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 6 until 9 pm and also on Saturday, October 29th from 2 until 4 pm. Funeral services will follow in the chapel at 4 pm. She is survived by her husband, Jerome C. Souza of the home; parents, Carl and Sue Mutka Bucaccio; sister, Michelle Bucaccio Shaw.
