Justin – Sunrise 7-4-91 Sunset 5-4-13 Justin Neil Tartt, 21 years of age, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013. Justin was born July 4, 1991. A service remembering the life of Justin will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 2:00 pm with an hour of visitation fellowship prior to the service. The service will be held at First Baptist Church of Midland, with words of comfort and hope from Pastor Tom Gibbs. “Never let yesterdays problems ruin your tomorrow” The family will be at the home of his parents, 12078 Loving Road, Midland, NC 28107. Justin was an engineer student at UNCC and was a 2009 graduate of Central Cabarrus High School. Justin enjoyed playing board games and chess. Justin was a very loved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend. Survivors include his parents, Neil and Michele Tartt; two brothers, Matthew Tartt (19) and Dylan Tartt (15); one sister, Kayleigh Tartt (17); grandparents, Frank and Anneliese Laffitte of Fayetteville, NC; Kathy McCorkle of Concord, NC; Ken and Sherry Harris of Roebuck, NC; Aunts, Diana (Will), Sylvia (Tim), Amy (David), Birgit of Germany; Uncles, Gary (Teresa), Jamie (Amanda), Kenny (Tracy) and several cousins. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Tartt family.
