Karen Rion

Karen Leighmons Wilson Rion, 62, of Charlotte, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2011. Mrs. Rion was born on April 15, 1949, to the late William Joseph Andrew Wilson and the late Dorothy Ney Mayhew Wilson Drake. Karen was a secretary in the medical field in Mecklenburg County. She is survived by two sons, Eric Rion of Kingsland, GA and Jeff Rion of Concord NC; four sisters, Patti Brooks of Jacksonville FL, Marsha Hilder of Concord NC, Lois Sheets of Sparta NC and Lynn Warren of Concord NC, and 6 grandchildren. The service will be held at Statesville Road Baptist Church, 4901 Statesville Road, Charlotte, NC on Thursday , December 15, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Rev Dale Shields will officiate.
