Karyn Pickett

Karyn Ruth Nicolson Pickett, 75 years of age, of Monroe, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Union Park Assisted Living in Monroe.
Mrs. Pickett was born July 22, 1941 in Pennsylvania to the late James and Adah Belle Nicolson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Pickett and grandson, Patrick Terry.
A memorial service will be on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Westford United Methodist Church, 273 Hwy. 49 South, Concord, NC at 10:00 a.m. officiated by Pastor Jeff Rushing.
Survivors include daughters, Laurie and husband, Jon Lowder, Melanie and husband, Doug Terry; grandchildren, Derrek and wife, Heather Terry, Allison Drew, and Hannah Lowder; sister, Joanne and husband, Vic Demski; former husband, Jim Silvus and wife, Frances.
