Kathleen Frye

Kathleen Rogers Frye, 91, passed away on September 4, 2011, at her home, 706 Montgomery Avenue, Albemarle. She was born in Stanly County on October 11, 1919. She was preceded in death by her husband, William David Frye, Sr.; her father, Claude L. Rogers and mother, Carrie Bell Burleson Rogers. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Ann Frye of the home; her son, William David Frye, Jr. and wife Jane Yates Frye of Candler, NC; brothers, Grover Rogers and Clarence Rogers. A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday, September 7, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm at her home, 706 Montgomery Avenue, Albemarle. There is no scheduled funeral service.
