Kathy Black

Kathy M. Black, 68, of Charlotte, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021.

Kathy was born February 28, 1953 in Charlotte to the late Robert and Frances Black.

Kathy was a loving sister and dear friend.  She was of the Catholic faith.   She was an Accountant I at Wells Fargo (previously First Union and Wachovia) for over 40 years.  Kathy will be remembered for her caring and nice personality.

A private graveside service in celebration of Kathy's life will be held at Sharon Memorial Park in Charlotte, officiated by Deacon Joe Diaz.

Survivors include brother, Michael Black of Concord; cousins in Long Island, NY; and close friends, Sylvia Sing and Nicola Filmore, both of Charlotte.

The Black family would like to thank the first responders and the ER staff of Novant Health, Huntersville.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg is serving the Black family.
