Kathy Diane Biggers Kimrey, 41, of 24281-B Old Aquadale Road, Albemarle, passed away, May 1, 2012 at her home. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 4, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. The funeral service will be Saturday, May 5, at 2 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Albemarle with a 30 minute state prior to the service. Rev. Delane Burris will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Park. The family will be meeting at her parent’s home, 517 Landis Street, Albemarle. Born May 1, 1971 in Stanly County, NC, she was a daughter of Billy Frank Biggers and Patricia Ann Mauldin Biggers. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, David Paul Kimrey; sons, Christopher Frank Lee of Charlotte, Tommy Wayne Lee of Albemarle and B.J. Biggers of the home; sisters, Cynthia Carlson and Jo Biggers Harward , both of Albemarle and Tammy Sue Sullivan of Norwood; and numerous nieces and nephews.
