On Wednesday, June 23rd 2021 Keith “Beef” Sauve passed away unexpectedly at the age of 40.
Beef was born and raised in Syracuse NY but left his mark and his memory everywhere he went including Boca Raton, New York City and Hawaii before finally settling down in Charlotte, NC where he met his beautiful wife, Nicole (Coustenis) Sauve and had their spunky daughter Logan.
Keith found true joy in fishing with his daughter. He was an avid golfer and true Yankees fanatic. Keith shone in the kitchen both professionally and at home. Of all the things he excelled in, he was best at being kind. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, friend and co-worker. He was a kind stranger but would never stay a stranger for long.
Keith will best be remembered for his unique style, humor and all inclusive, over abundance, no boundaries love for random music spanning all genres and generations.
His ashes will be spread where he and Logan loved fishing the most. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
In addition to his wife and daughter, he leaves behind his mom, Diane Murphy, dad and stepmother Jay and Stacey Sauve; grandmother Philomena Murphy; brothers Brad (Kimberly) Sauve and Jayson (Lindsey) Sauve; step siblings Erich (Rachel) Parker and Chelsea (Greg) Wright along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
