Keithroy Clairfoster Wehner, 70, of Charlotte, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
Mr. Wehner was born February 1, 1951 in Antigua to the late John Manasiah Wehner and the late Genevieve Charles Matthias. He was also preceded in death by his brother Alexis.
The memorial service will be Friday, April 2, 2021 at 1 pm in the Hartsell Funeral Chapel and will be officiated by the Pastor Jeremy Hyde.
Keithroy adored his family and was a man known to help many people. Two of his favorite activities he enjoyed was listening to country music and watching wrestling. He also loved to travel and was always known to be an excellent handyman.
Survivors include wife, Margaree Perteet Wehner of Charlotte, NC, son, Henry Wehner of Chesterfield, VA. He is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers, Cynthia of Antigua, Bingham (Carol) of Brooklyn, NY, Vincear of Fla, Joycelyn and Daffodill of NY, Joseph ( Janiece) of NC, Osworth (Patsy) and John (Barbara) of NY, Joy (his sister-in-law); Brothers, Alva Francis, Theodore Matthias, of NY, Lacton (Deborah) Matthias, of Fla; Sisters, Belgean Premduss of Fla, Petroma Frederick of Antigua, Viola Francis (sister's-in-law) of NY; Sister- in- laws, Gale Jefferson of Pinewood, SC, Nancy (Darnell) Thomas and Yolanda Simon of Philadelphia, PA; Brother-in-laws Leroy(Jo) Simon, Roney (Margaree) Simon of Pinewood, SC and Antonio (Michelle) of Philadelphia, PA. Also surviving is his mother-in-law, Susan Perteet of Charlotte, NC, granddaughters, Aniyah and Ayanah Wehner and his many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Tucker Hospice House, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
