Kelly Pierce

Kelly Michele Pierce, 32, of Locust, NC passed away peacefully to be at home in heaven with her blessed Savior on July 6, 2011 at CMC-Main in Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends from 3-4 PM on Sunday, July 10 at West Stanly Baptist Church, 24172 NC 24/27 Hwy, Albemarle, NC 28001. The service will be at West Stanly Baptist Church at 4 PM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Ron Nichols will officiate the service. Ms. Pierce was born in Stanly County on April 9, 1979 to Christopher and Cathy Pierce. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Nicole Pierce of Charlotte, NC; paternal grandmother, Czarina Pierce of Concord, NC; maternal grandmother, Elsie Brendle of Franklin, NC. The family wishes to thank the Carolina Infusion Center for their compassionate care; as well as the staff of CMC-Main, 9th Floor, who cared for her in her last days. Kelly loved her family and friends. Additional thanks go out to everyone who touched Kelly's life with extra kindness and patience. The family extends a special thanks to the Carolina Panthers for adopting Kelly as their #1 Panther Fan and for their years of support and prayers.
