Kelly Ramseur

Kelly Jean Ramseur, 56, of Charlotte, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House of Southminster in Charlotte.

Kelly was born August 22, 1965 in Scott County, Iowa to the late Perry Jenifer and Kathryn Jenifer.

Survivors include husband, David Ramseur; son, Matthew Sheffer and his daughter, Rilyn; daughter, Meghan Sheffer and her children, Liam, Kaidan, Aurora, Ezra and Winnie.

Kelly was not only David's loving wife, but was his best friend. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her.
