Kenneth Furr

Kenneth Eugene Furr Sr., 80 years of age, of Concord, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
Mr. Furr was born November 3, 1935 in Concord, NC to the late John R. Furr and the late Ivy Dulin Furr. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Hilda Robinson.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Linda June Furr; daughters, Tena Anton and Heather House ; son, Gene Furr, Jr.; step-daughters, Tammy Green and Patricia Stephenson; brother, Donald Furr; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Roberta United Methodist Church in Concord. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm officiated by Rev. Jim Church. Burial will take place in the church cemetery following the service.
