Kenneth Hartsell

Kenneth Cleveland Hartsell, 78, of Concord, NC went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 13, 2019.

Ken was born October 3, 1940 in Cabarrus County, NC to the late Michael Alexander Hartsell and the late Bonnie Chalmer Hartsell. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Nadine Brooks Hartsell; son Randy Dale Hartsell; brothers Boyce, Jay Lee, Lance and Gary;  and sister Cornelia Alexander.

Survivors include his son, Brian Hartsell; daughter Debbie Hartsell Davidson and husband Julian; daughter Beverly Hartsell Macon; grandchildren Michael Hartsell, Samantha Bassinger, Brooke Bassinger, Kaitlyn Macon and Corin Macon; sisters Juanita Huneycutt, Betty Dennis and Colleen McEachern; brother Ernest Hartsell; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm, Friday, June 21, 2019 at Cold Water Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Jim Posey.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
