Kenneth Webb

Kenneth Gerald Webb, 66 years of age, of New London, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

Mr. Webb was born February 14, 1950 in Stanly County to the late Harold Max Webb and the late Lettie Morton Webb. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Leticia Coggins.

Mr. Webb was a US Army veteran and attended Appalachian State University and Gardner Webb University. Kenneth enjoyed doing weaving and demonstrating his looms. He was also an active historian.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, October 7, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Kendalls Baptist Church at 32157 Kendalls Church Road, New London officiated by Pastor Christian Herring. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include sons, Andrew Webb and wife Katie of Albemarle and Daniel Webb and wife Jennifer of New London; four grandchildren, Liam, Caydence, Jordan, Emalee; and several nieces and nephews of Denton.
