Larry Linker

Larry Wayne Linker, 73 years of age, of Concord, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014 at his home. Larry was born July 31, 1940 in Concord to the late Rueben Linker and the late Nancy Kennerly Linker . He was also preceded in death by wife, Carolyn Diana Linker, and two brothers, Richard and Harry Lee Linker, The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel and will be officiated by Rev. Jimmy Barrett. Burial will be held at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. Survivors include son, Kenneth Wayne (Brenda) Linker of Concord, NC, one granddaughter, Jessica (Jeremy) Smith of Concord, two grandsons, Zach Linker and Jeremy Linker both of Concord; one great-granddaughter, Makenna Smith of Concord, his Sweetie, Linda Love of Concord, one mother-in-law, Margaret Guffey of Granite Falls, NC; and his two beloved dogs Misty and Snickers. Larry loved his family and his Lord.
