Larry Phillips

Larry Crawford Phillips, 77, of Concord, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at his home. The family will receive friends at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church 2330 Old Salisbury Concord Road on Thursday, January 3, 2012 from 10 until 11 am. Funeral services will follow at 11 am, with Rev. Thad Brown, and Rev. Jerry Hagler officiating. At other times the family will meet at the home. Larry was born on July 31, 1935 in Cabarrus County, to the late Mack Coy Phillips and the late Myrtle Irene Burrage Phillips. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Wayne Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Frankie Louise Brafford Phillips of the home; sons, Joseph Phillips of Concord and Mitch Phillips and wife Crystal also of Concord; grandchildren, Ryan Phillips and Kristen Bragg; great grandchild, Connor; brother, Clary Phillips of Concord; sister, Suzanne Jones of Concord.
