Leslie Franklin

Leslie Ann Feeley Franklin, 57, of Harrisburg, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at her home. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Monday, December 19, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Harrisburg Presbyterian Church, 4815 Hwy 49 South, Harrisburg, NC, on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Tim Bostick will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Franklin was born on December 27, 1953, to Mary Ann Boesch of Newton, NC and the late Edward Joseph Feeley, II. Leslie was very active in the Harrisburg Presbyterian Church and was Moderator of Presbyterian Women. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 32 years, John Paul Franklin, Sr.; her son, John Paul Franklin, Jr. and her daughter, Ashley Lynn Franklin of Harrisburg; a brother, Trey Feeley and wife Jeanie of Ft. Mill, SC; and two sisters, Lindsay Feeley Matzeit of Charlotte and Laura Mullis and husband Ben of Ft. Mill, SC.
