Leslie Polychrones

Leslie Morrissa Polychrones, 57, of Concord, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.

Leslie was born July 6, 1965 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to the late Harvey Lee Turk and the late Phyllis Marilyn Ling.
She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Clyde Ling.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 27 years, Timothy Alan Polychrones of Concord; son, Joey Polychrones; brother, Steven Turk of Florida; step-sister, Barbara (Ross) Davis of New Mexico; father-in-law, Perry Polychrones; and "found family," Rose Parker and Susan Parker of Virginia.

Leslie made many friends working at Ukrops in Richmond, VA.  She loved the Lord and her family with all her heart.  She enjoyed driving and seeing the scenery.  Leslie also enjoyed visiting zoos.  She loved all animals.  Leslie was always kind, giving and thoughtful.  She never had a bad word to say and never met a stranger.  She will be remembered as determined, strong, and selfless.  She was also a leader.  Most of all, Leslie was an amazing wife and mother.
