Letha Mills

Letha Baucom Mills, 91 years of age, of Marshville, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at her home.

Letha was born December 26, 1923 in Union County N.C. to the late Edgar Franklin Baucom and the late Exie Birmingham Baucom. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred Junior "Jack" Mills and a granddaughter, Dayna.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Friday, March 13, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will be on Saturday at 1:00 pm at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Marshville officiated by Rev. John Miller and Rev. Leon Whitley. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, 7002 Pleasant Hill Church Rd., Marshville.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Cannon, Dianne Yarborough and Beverly Martin all of Marshville. Grandchildren, Tana, Shawn, Denise, Dwayne, Bryan and Kelly. Great Grandchildren, Garrett, Lakin, Austin, Aspen, Brandon, Jackson, Cassie, Sam and Avery.

Letha was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
