Lida Kiser

Lida Eudy Kiser, 96, of Concord, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Horizon Bay in Concord. The family will receive friends from 1 PM to 2 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. The service will follow in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM. Burial will be at Arlington Baptist Church Cemetery in Charlotte. Ms. Kiser was born on December 17, 1916 to the late Peter Caldwell Eudy and Carrie Olivia Estridge Eudy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Caldwell Kiser, brother, Grady F. Eudy and an infant brother who died at birth. She is survived by her sister, Jessie Eudy Jones of Albemarle; niece, Melba Furr Dorton of Columbia, SC. Lida was very gifted in crafts. She loved gardening, quilting, and crocheting. The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Horizon Bay Assisted Living for all of their kindness and care.
