Lillie Lefler

Lillie B. Lefler, 96, of Concord, passed away peacefully on  March 30, 2018 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannopolis.

She was born on April 30, 1921 to the late Lawrence Bowles and Trixie Campbell Bowles.

She worked as a Spinner for Cannon Mills for many years. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting , and being outside to work in her gardens.

Lillie is survived by son, Larry Lefler; granddaughters, Cathy Talley (Marty) and Myra Turnmire (Jeff); and brother, Donald Bowles (Joyce).  She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters; daughter in law, Jackie Lefler; grandson Danny Lefler Jr. and also a great-grandson Daniel Lefler Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 1, 2018, at 4:00pm  at Cold Springs UMC with The Doctor Rev. Anthony Bell officiating.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 3:00pm-4:00pm, also at the church.

Burial will take place in the church Cemetery.
