Linda Humphries Bost

Linda Humphries Bost, 80, of Concord NC, passed away on July 10, 2024 peacefully in her sleep. Linda was born on October 10, 1943 in Shelby, NC to the late Helen Morrison Humphries and Marion Humphries. Linda graduated from Garinger High School in 1962. A loving wife and homemaker. Linda is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Harold Wayne Bost. 

Linda is survived by her son, Darin Wayne Bost, daughter-in-law Kelly Deaton Bost, granddaughters; Kirsten Brooke Bost and Megan Nicole Bost, and son, Ronald Gregory Bost. Linda is also survived her sister Judy Davis of Cherryville, NC and Tommy Stanley of Palm Springs, CA.

Linda was also preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Humphries. 

At last, Mom and Dad are together again. All those years apart never weakened her love for him, neither his love for her. As we all cherish and think on the many memories we shared with her, we can be comforted in knowing that two lovers are reunited and will continue their love story for eternity.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 9am-10:45am at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord, NC. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11am at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord, NC.
