Lindomera Zaconet

Lindomera  Zaconet, 67, of Huntersville, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte.

Mrs. Zaconet was born September 11, 1954 in Peru to the late Jose Demetrio Ventura and Maria Santos Garcia.

Lindomera married the love of her life, Felix Zaconet on January 24, 1974. Together they had four children and ten grandchildren.

Lindomera was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Spanish. Throughout her Christian life she was part of women's retreat, women's bible study group and many different ministries. She loved gardening, cooking, walking, dancing, reading the bible and praying.  On the weekend she would go to church and have family gatherings.  Her favorite colors were white and pink.  She liked to eat mixed nuts, salmon, drink herbal teas and fruit smoothies.  Lindomera liked to watch Enlace and go to the beach and the mountains. Longhorn was her favorite restaurant.  Her favorite saying and quotes were "God is love", "Forgive so that God may forgive you", "Thank you God for a new day", "Be grateful", "Trust God, have faith and put everything in His hands."  Lindomera enjoyed listening to huaynos, passillos and  christian music.  Her favorite bible verse was 1 John 4:7-21 "God is Love".  Words that would describe Lindomera are generous, kind, protective, wise, intelligent, hard working, faithful, perseverance, self-sacrificing, brave, strong believer in her faith in God, courageous, forgiving, loving, friendly, caring, compassionate, humble and servant of God who fulfilled faithfully her mission on earth.  The most important things to Lindomera were whole heartedly loving God, her family and the people around her.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 - 3:30 pm, Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Northside Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 3:30 - 5:00 pm at Northside Baptist Church in Charlotte officiated by Gustavo Bento.  Burial will follow at the Gethsemane Cemetery and Memorial Gardens at 1504 W. Sugar Creek Road, Charlotte.

Survivors include her husband, Felix Zaconet of Huntersville, NC; son, Felix Rey Zaconet and daughter-in-law Elizabeth Cardoza; daughter, Angelica  Zaconet and son-in-law Martin Silia; daughter Hellen Zaconet and son-in-law Helder Serralde; son Mario Zaconet and daughter-in-law Vanessa Jijon; her grandchildren, Marely Linda Silia, Martin Jr. Felix Silia, Xavier Carrisoza, Mario Jose Zaconet Jr., Hellen Arleth Serralde, Hared Serralde, Fatimah Rocio Zaconet, Gabriela Zaconet,  Felix Alexander Zaconet, and Gonzalo Felix Zaconet.

We know that this is not a goodbye but a temporary separation because of her relationship with God through his son Jesus Christ.  She went before us and waits for us to meet her in heaven.

John 3:16  "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
