Lisa Williams Purser, 52, of Monroe, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at home with family by her side.
Lisa was born July 1, 1965 to Ronald and Rebecca Williams. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and "Mimi." She was member of Zion United Methodist Church, Monroe. Lisa's beloved grandchildren brought her the most joy.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home, 13575 Broadway Ave., Midland. The funeral service will be 3:00 pm, Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Zion United Methodist Church, 1521 Old Fish Rd., Monroe, officiated by Rev. John Stein. Lisa will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
In addition to her parents, Lisa is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Tony Purser; daughter, Jessica (Luke) Baucom; son, Justin (Sarah) Purser; son, Jared (Megan) Purser; daughter, Jenna (Bailey) Simpson; 6 grandchildren, Finley, Landry, Savannah, Julianne, Kathryn and Everette; sister, Karen (Todd) Aldridge; brother, Randy (Terry) Williams; and 6 nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Union County or Zion United Methodist Church.
