Lori Myers

Lori Munson Myers, 53 years of age, of Kannapolis,NC passed on Friday, May 19, 2017 at home with her family by her side.

Lori was born September 17, 1963 in Concord, NC to the late Robert Ancel Cooper and the late Etta Marlene Cooper. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Roger Munson.

Survivors include her husband, Brian Wayne Myers; daughter Jennifer Smith and husband Gabe; her granddaughter Gabby Smith; sisters in law Elizabeth Hedrick, Shirley Munson, Amy Munson and Pam Deese; brothers in law William Munson, Johnny Munson, Sr. and Allen Hedrick; mothers in law Brenda Munson and Vella Deese; and fathers in law Gary Myers and Buford Deese; several nieces and nephews; and her dog Coco.

Lori was a loving and caring person, who loved life and always had a smile on her face. Lori truly enjoyed gardening and baking. Her family and friends meant the world to her. Lori loved the Lord. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.

The family will receive friends from 11 am - 1 pm, Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.
