Lottie Turner

Lottie Cornelia Turner, 94 years of age, of Oakboro, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Stanly Manor in Albemarle. Lottie was born July 10, 1919 in Oakboro to John Luther Tucker and Iler Blanch Tucker. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Bidwell Little, second husband, Locke Craig Turner and 2 brothers, Ted Tucker and Craven Tucker. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm, Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. The funeral service officiated by Rev. Garry Baker will be at 3:30 pm, Wednesday, January 15, 2014 in Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 17236 Frog Pond Road, Oakboro, NC. She is survived by son, Tony Ray Little and wife, Linda of Oakboro; two grandsons, Ray Little and wife, Kathy of Oakboro and Paul Little of Rockhill, SC; two great-grandsons, Marshall Little and wife, Elie of Aurora, CO and Bradley Little of Cheyenne, WY.
